Stanley B. Kay

Mr. Kay is a seasoned lawyer who combines his legal skills with practical business judgment and experience to represent small to medium-sized companies in all phases of their domestic and international operations. He was previously General Counsel to a $200 million high technology business; and he continues to act as an outside general counsel for some of his clients in addition to his transactional and counseling practice. He has also served as a mediator and arbitrator on various business disputes.

Mr. Kay has law degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Texas, where he was a law review editor and a National Moot Court winner. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance, and he attended the London School of Economics.

Mr. Kay is active in numerous professional and business organizations, including the Massachusetts Bar Assocation, MIT Enterprise Forum, Smaller Business Association of New England, and TiE Boston.  He has written and spoken frequently on corporate law subjects.

Mr. Kay also acts as a legal adviser to Boston-area non-profit charity and arts organizations, including the New Repertory Theatre, the Fuller Craft Museum and the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress.
